Booking a Room
If you would like to reserve a room at the conference hotel during the event, you can do so online via our exclusive booking link to secure your discounted hotel room rate. Once you select your dates you’ll have the option to select guest rooms with one or two beds if you wish to share accommodations.
(The cut-off date for reserving rooms in the ‘Attendees’ Room Block is 5:00 p.m. Pacific on Tuesday, April 30, 2026. After the cut-off date, it is at Hotel’s discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.)

Monday: Sessions all day.
Tuesday: Sessions all day.
Wednesday: Sessions in the morning. Project tours in the afternoon.
Thursday: Retrofit Workshop in the morning.

Shuttle Information
Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel is pleased to offer a 24/7 complimentary airport shuttle to/from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) every 30 minutes (00:10 and 00:40). Meet the shuttle outside of Departures Level 3 (Domestic and International Terminals). For arrivals between 2 and 4 am, please call 604-273-7878 for pickup.
Parking
On-site parking is available at the hotel for overnight and daily use.
Daily rate: $15/day for PHCC attendees
(there will be an option on the parking meter to select PHCC)
Parking is available on the surface lot surrounding the hotel, and in the 4-level parkade situated on the east side of the property.
