General Accessibility: The public sidewalks outside of the Richmond Conference Centre feature curb cuts for wheelchair access. Automatic doors are located at all entrances to the facility.
Elevators: All of the elevators feature accessible tactile Braille call buttons, both inside and outside.
Restrooms: Facility restrooms are fully accessible and have stalls, sinks and mirrors that are wheelchair accessible.
Parking: All parking is at ground level with wheelchair designated parking spots near the Richmond Conference Centre entrance.
Service/Companion Animals: Certified guide/service/companion animals are welcome at the Richmond Conference Centre.
Sight-Impaired Information: Tactile Braille signage is at the entrances of all meeting rooms and restrooms as well as inside and outside all passenger elevators.
